StenoCAT Users Network ("SUN")- the best source for StenoCAT users!
StenoCAT Users Network convenes twice annually across the United States to provide the latest in StenoCAT training and professional seminars. A completely independent organization, SUN enjoys a close advisory relationship with Gigatron and works with technical support and trainers to ensure members have the best training available. SUN is a great way to network and learn while meeting new friends, visiting exciting cities and earning CEUs.
Certified Independent StenoCAT Trainers
- Paula Mecke (RPR) is an independent CAT specialist who has successfully taught beginning, intermediate, and advanced StenoCAT training classes at StenoCAT User Network seminars and NCRA events. If the training courses sponsored by Gigatron are incompatible with your training needs and timeframes, Paula may be available for personal and group sessions as well as telephone training.
- Rachel Barkume (CSR, RMR, CRR), is a freelance court reporter from Northern California. She is a past president of the California Court Reporters Association and has served on several National Court Reporters Association committees. She has been a StenoCAT user for over 15 years and has extensive experience utilizing the many features available for reporters and captioners in StenoCAT's dynamic and user-friendly software. She is a motivated trainer with a passion for elevating other StenoCAT users to their highest potential, advancing their efficiency and empowering them to take command of technology in our ever-evolving computerized world. Rachel is currently teaching Gigatron-sponsored courses at StenoCAT Users Network and at reporter associations across the USA.
